By Car : If you are travelling to the Tramonto d’Oro from the north on the A1, pass Napoli and then take the A3 toward Salerno (NOT the Tangenziale Napoli). Once you have reached Castellammare di Stabia Road follow signs for Sorrento. From Sorrento follow the road signs for Amalfi and after 5 km you will arrive in Praiano. The Hotel Tramonto d’Oro car park is on your right as you pass through.

If you are coming from the south take the “A3” at Vietri and follow the SS163 Amalfitana, Amalfi, Praiano.

Ferry : This is regarded as the easiest and most scenic way to travel to Praiano. Departing from Napoli you take the ferry to Amalfi. The views are breathtaking and once you have reached the ferry dock you take the regional SITA bus at the price of €5.50 to Praiano. Train : If you are departing from Rome or any other northern city take the train to Napoli Central. From Napoli Central (Piazza Garibaldi) you then board the Circumvesuviana regional train to Sorrento at the cost of €3.30. Once you have reached Sorrento you must then board a SITA regional bus and get off at Praiano (the coach travels the length of the coast. Tickets cost €5.50 and are valid for a period of 24 hours once they have been stamped.
